PickUps added

Ice Skate and Boxing Glove can now randomly spawn and stack at the moment.

Boxing Glove increases damage, Ice Skate the Range per Step. If you skate, you run into objects and get stopped by them.

If it is an enemy you will get hit first, if you are more than one field away at your move.
